The Process

Submit the Service Request form and upload photos to provide us with more information on your desired services.

We’ll review and contact you with the next steps.

Once your service is approved, we’ll send an invoice via email. All invoices must be paid in full before service begins.

We’ll work meticulously on your shoes! Allow 7-14 days from the date services are confirmed.

Once The Shimmy is complete, we’ll notify you and prepare to return your shoes to you!

  • There are three ways to give us your shoes to start the service.

    1) Arrange a time to drop off your shoes to us

    2) Arrange a time for us to pick up your shoes. Pickups are available within a 30 mile radius of West Hempstead, New York. *$30.00 Pickup and drop off fee will be added*

    3) Ship your shoes to us using the information below. You’ll be responsible for all shipping fees.

  • 1. Review

    This process will ensure that services discussed prior to shipping are the same. If there are any updates we will contact you.

    2. Confirmation

    Once services are confirmed, An invoice will be emailed detailing the services chosen completion date and total cost. Please be aware you are responsible for all shipping costs.

    3. Start the Shimmy

    We take pride in our services. Please be patient, our average turnaround time is 7-14 days from the day services are confirmed.

    4. Shimmy Send Off

    You will be contacted once your order is complete and shipped back to you. Tracking information provided.

    How To Ship

    When shipping, Please include your contact information (Name, phone number, and email address) inside the shipping box along with your shoes. Please note: We strongly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number to confirm delivery of your order.
